Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Fram Forge LLC, the owner and operator of ORUNVI, and govern your use of the service. By creating an account or using ORUNVI, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to provide information about every child and household member you add.
The Service
ORUNVI provides organizational tools for child profiles, meals, sleep, spending, products, history, reports, and related summaries. Features and third-party data availability may change. We may modify or discontinue features, subject to applicable consumer law.
Not Medical, Safety, or Financial Advice
ORUNVI is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, dietitian, allergist, pediatrician, financial adviser, accountant, or recall-notification service. Content and insights are general informational summaries of data you or third parties provide. They are not diagnoses, treatment plans, guarantees, or professional advice.
Never delay professional care because of ORUNVI. For a suspected severe allergic reaction or emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Product Information
Product names, ingredients, allergens, age guidance, classifications, and assessments may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, unavailable, or changed by a manufacturer. Community databases may contain errors. ORUNVI does not guarantee product safety, suitability, recall status, or allergen absence. Always inspect the current physical label and packaging and consult manufacturers, regulators, and qualified professionals.
Accounts and Family Data
You are responsible for accurate information, safeguarding your device and account, and activity performed through your credentials. Do not share an account outside your authorized household. Notify support@orunvi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription Terms
Billing. ORUNVI Premium purchases are processed through your Apple ID. The localized price, billing period, and any introductory offer shown on the App Store purchase sheet control. Payment is charged when Apple confirms the purchase.
Auto-renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Free trials. A free trial applies only when displayed by Apple and when your Apple ID is eligible. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it converts to the selected paid subscription. Trial availability is not guaranteed.
Manage, cancel, restore, and refunds. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Use Restore Purchases in ORUNVI to refresh eligible entitlements. Apple controls billing and refund decisions under its policies. Deleting ORUNVI does not cancel a subscription.
Lifetime Access. Lifetime Access is a non-consumable in-app purchase tied to the purchasing Apple ID and means access for the supported lifetime of the ORUNVI service, not the purchaser’s lifetime. It may be restored through Apple. Access codes and offers are subject to Apple’s eligibility and redemption rules.
Feature availability. Premium unlocks the features described in the app at purchase time. ORUNVI may improve or replace features while continuing to provide ongoing value, subject to applicable law.
Your Content
You retain ownership of information and photos you submit. You grant Fram Forge LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve ORUNVI. You represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to submit it.
Acceptable Use
You may not violate law or others’ rights; access another household without authorization; upload unlawful or harmful content; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or reverse engineer except where law expressly permits; misuse third-party services; or use ORUNVI to make automated high-risk medical or safety decisions.
Ownership
ORUNVI’s software, design, branding, original text, graphics, and logos are owned by Fram Forge LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal household use.
Third-Party Services
Apple, Supabase, and Open Facts services are operated independently. ORUNVI is not responsible for third-party content, outages, changes, or conduct beyond our reasonable control. Third-party terms may also apply.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORUNVI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fram Forge LLC, ORUNVI, and their personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from the service. Where liability may lawfully be limited, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts paid for ORUNVI during the preceding 12 months or USD $50. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnity. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Fram Forge LLC against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of ORUNVI, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
You may stop using ORUNVI or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for material violations, security threats, or legal requirements. Account deletion is irreversible and does not cancel App Store subscriptions.
Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Any dispute must be brought in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction. We do not impose a specific state, arbitration requirement, or class-action waiver in these Terms.
Apple Terms
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and, unless ORUNVI provides a valid custom EULA through Apple, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for ORUNVI support, maintenance, or product claims and is an intended third-party beneficiary of applicable license terms.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice or request renewed agreement where required. Contact support@orunvi.com with questions.
Safety & Medical Disclaimer
Informational tool only. ORUNVI records and summarizes information. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, allergy testing, nutrition plans, emergency monitoring, or professional safety certification.
Allergies and reactions. Allergy matches use text comparison between information you save and available product data. They can miss synonyms, cross-contact warnings, formulation changes, or incomplete labels. Always read the current package and follow a clinician-provided allergy plan.
Emergency warning. Do not use ORUNVI during an emergency or wait for the app to assess symptoms. For breathing difficulty, swelling, loss of consciousness, suspected anaphylaxis, poisoning, or another emergency, contact local emergency services and follow professional instructions immediately.
Sleep and feeding. Sleep and feeding summaries are based on your entries and are not individualized medical guidance. Follow current official safe-sleep, choking-prevention, food-introduction, and pediatric guidance applicable to your child.
Products and recalls. ORUNVI is not an official recall database and cannot guarantee that a product is safe, age-appropriate, authentic, correctly identified, or free of allergens. Check labels, manufacturers, and official government recall sources before use.
