For an emergency, suspected severe allergic reaction, poisoning, breathing difficulty, swelling, or loss of consciousness, contact local emergency services immediately. Do not wait for ORUNVI or email support.

Getting Started

ORUNVI is an adult-managed family organizer for recording meals, sleep, expenses, child profiles, and product scans. Start by creating your account and adding one or more child profiles. Information is associated with the selected child and securely synchronized with your authenticated account.

Meals & Allergies

Log food exposures, preferences, and observed reactions in Meals. Saved allergies are reminders entered by you; they are not diagnoses and do not replace an allergy action plan or advice from a qualified clinician.

Product Scanner

Premium members can scan supported barcodes. Camera frames are analyzed on the device to read a barcode and are not saved by ORUNVI. The barcode may be sent to Open Facts databases for community-supplied product information. Always verify the physical label and official manufacturer or regulator notices.

Sleep

Record naps and nighttime sleep from the Sleep tab. ORUNVI summaries describe only the entries you record and are not medical recommendations.

Spending

Record child-related expenses and, with Premium, budgets and recurring costs. ORUNVI is an organizational tool and does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or benefits advice.

Sync & Offline Use

Supabase is the authoritative store for account and family data. ORUNVI keeps an account-isolated local cache for responsiveness and supported offline entries. Pending changes are synchronized when connectivity returns.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Premium purchases are billed and managed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in ORUNVI if an entitlement is missing. Manage or cancel recurring subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting an ORUNVI account or removing the app does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Delete Your Account

In ORUNVI, open Profile, choose Account Settings, then select Delete Account. This permanently requests deletion of your ORUNVI account and associated server data. Account deletion is irreversible. Cancel any active subscription separately in your Apple account settings.

Common Questions

Why is my Premium access missing?
Confirm that you are signed into the Apple ID that made the purchase, then use Restore Purchases in ORUNVI. If access still does not appear, email support with the account email and purchase type. Do not send full receipts containing sensitive information unless requested.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. ORUNVI account deletion and Apple subscription management are separate. Cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings.
Why did a product scan return incomplete information?
Product details may come from community-maintained Open Facts databases and can be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable. Always verify the current physical label and manufacturer guidance.
Does ORUNVI diagnose allergies or sleep concerns?
No. ORUNVI records and summarizes information you enter. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor emergencies, or provide individualized medical guidance.
Can I use ORUNVI offline?
Supported entries can be kept in an account-isolated local cache and synchronized when connectivity returns. Some features, including authentication, product lookup, and subscription verification, may require a network connection.
